Purpose

Planning for new and changing forms of retail developments is one of the most contentious issues in UK town planning. Planners and others need to know how to: Undertake an RIA on behalf of a client. Analyse those which accompany proposals for new developments. Help prepare, analyse and interpret the significance of RIAs in the preparation of development plans.
