Purpose

This knowledge builder provides background information on the waste management strategy and policy in Scotland administered by the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and operated by local authorities. It will be of use particularly to students of environmental science, town planning, public policymakers and decision makers, waste facility operators and developers.

Benefits
