Purpose

This knowledge builder provides an introduction to the 2007 consultation draft Planning Regulations on Enforcement which are part of the modernised planning system introduced by The Planning (Scotland) Act 2006. The module only deals with the main elements of the draft regulations which represent a change to the existing regulations under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997.
